Scope
This Policy applies to all personal data collected through our platform, website, mobile application, or any other services offered by Stryde. Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Controller and Processor Roles
In most cases, Fusion acts as a data processor on behalf of the gyms, which determine the purposes and means of processing personal data relating to their members through the Stryde Platform. These circumstances may include where Fusion:
- markets or provides Fusion-branded products or services directly to individuals;
- manages relationships with website visitors, leads, or business contacts; or
- communicates directly with individuals in connection with Fusion-hosted offerings, updates, or events.
Where Fusion acts as a data controller, it shall process personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other applicable data protection laws and regulatory requirements. Fusion shall provide appropriate privacy information and obtain consent where required by applicable law.

By accessing or using the Fusion Platform, you consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Fusion Platform. If you use the Fusion Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer, use, and storage of your Personal Information (as defined below) in those countries. The data protection and other laws of the United States and other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. You agree that all transactions relating to the Fusion Platform or Fusion are deemed to occur in the United States, where our servers are located.
