This Platform, including its website and mobile application is owned and operated by Fusion Intelligence Technologies Nig Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fusion Intelligence. Fusion Intelligence offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

We provide a gym management platform that enables gym owners and operators to manage their gyms, memberships, schedules, bookings, payments, members and related administrative activities, while enabling gym users and members to discover gyms, purchase or manage memberships, book classes and access other services made available through the platform (collectively, the “Services”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application and Services. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms or policies applicable to specific features or Services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including gym owners, gym operators, administrators, staff, members, customers and other individuals who access or use the Platform.

Where a user is a minor, use of the Platform and any related gym services must be authorised and supervised by their parent or legal guardian, where required by applicable law or the relevant gym’s policies.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or registered entity, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity, and that such entity accepts this Agreement. In such case, the term “you” will refer to such entity and its affiliates. If you do not have authority, you may not access or use the Service.

You agree to use the Platform and Services only for lawful and authorised purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Platform for any fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised purpose, or in any manner that may harm the Platform, its users, gym owners or third parties.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or another user’s account, interfere with its operation, or transmit any virus, malware or other harmful code.

Any breach or violation of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to the Services, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us.
